Monkeys and clowns: a terrifying combination! :-)

I used to have magnetic words on my car (as did Erin), after we were given some by a poet. We had just a certain selection of words to play with but I managed to put together "I always wanted a magic monkey. Do not wish for this." Unfortunately some hooligan in Naperville (at the Riverwalk Art Fair no less) stole the "magic monkey" off my car. I do understand the compulsion. I changed my words to "I'm telling your mother" until the summer rains made my words get all curly and I had to leave car messages behind.
